The Etsy Orders Import Pack
Etsy's order export has everything your books need, written in Etsy's columns and not yours: postage split in two, refunds buried inside a total, tax that was never your money beside money that was.

What’s inside
- One .xlsx workbook, five tabs, with a sample season already filled in so you can see every tab working, and a Start Here tab that shows how to clear it.
- One paste: download the Orders CSV from Shop Manager, paste the whole file at one cell, title row and all, and every order comes back rebuilt on the Engine Rows tab: date, order number, units, goods money after discounts, real postage, any refund.
- A Column Finder that reads Etsy's columns by header name, never by position: if Etsy reorders its export nothing moves, and if it renames a column you see NOT FOUND and type the new name in one cream cell.
- Rows it cannot read say CHECK DATE, CHECK NUMBERS, or CHECK REFUND and count nowhere until you fix them; the Month Summary tells you how many need a look.
- A Month Summary that stands on its own: orders, goods money, postage, refunds, tax Etsy remitted, and Etsy's card-fee line, month by month, from rows marked OK only, with Engine Rows laid out in the Profit Clarity Sheet's column order so columns A to K paste straight into its Orders tab.
Who this is for
Etsy’s export lists the order value before discounts, splits postage across two columns, hides refunds inside a column called Adjusted Order Total, and puts tax that was never your money beside money that was. The data is all there; it is not written for you. This pack reads it, checks every row, and counts nothing it cannot be sure of, so nothing breaks silently.
It opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and LibreOffice with no plug-ins, no macros, and no account. Refunds are worked out from the Adjusted Order Total column, so they include any refunded tax and postage, not the item alone.
