The Organizer Quote Calculator
You can count the boxes on a walkthrough, but not the client who cannot decide, the stairs, the five places things have to go, or the driving nobody bills, and that is where the quote goes wrong.

What’s inside
- One .xlsx workbook, five tabs, for Excel or Google Sheets, with a worked sample job and five logged jobs filled in so every number shows itself working. Start Here shows how to clear them.
- The walkthrough: name each zone and how packed it is, then six questions about the job as a whole: decision difficulty, who is deciding, access, outbound routes, containment, haul-away trips. Every factor is yours to edit.
- Three ways to price it, hourly as worked, by the session, or flat, with hours run low, likely and high, and the flat quote taken from the high column because jobs run long far more often than they run short.
- A SAFE, THIN or UNDERWATER reading against the floor you set, once the assistant is paid and the driving nobody is billing is counted. The sample job comes out THIN, and the driving is why.
- A job log of quoted hours against actual hours, nothing else; after five jobs the sheet works out your own accuracy factor and corrects every future estimate with it. No rate set reads CHECK RATES, a zone it does not recognize reads CHECK WALKTHROUGH, and a session length of zero never silently divides.
Who this is for
Volume is the part you can walk through and count. What ruins the quote is the rest: the estate after a death, the client who cannot decide without her sister, the flight of stairs every outbound box has to come down, the five different places things have to go. The sheet asks about each of those, gives it a number, and shows you which one made the estimate what it is.
Each line of the quote is the last line multiplied out, so the number stays explainable to the client, and to you at 9pm when you are wondering whether you priced it right.
