The Print-on-Demand Profit Tracker
You hold no stock, so it feels like there is nothing to count, yet your provider charges you twice on every order before the platform takes anything.

What’s inside
- One workbook, six tabs: Start Here, Providers, Fee Profiles, Blanks, Orders, and Dashboard, with a worked season of thirty orders already filled in so every formula works the moment you open it.
- Providers with published US rates (Printify, Printful, Gelato and SPOD) and fee profiles for Etsy, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop and Stripe, set up once.
- Every cost against every sale: the blank by product and variant, provider shipping as first item plus each extra, calculated and never typed, the platform fee including whether it lands on the postage you charged, and the card fee on what the buyer actually paid.
- Net profit and margin per order, flagged healthy, thin, or lost money, with a dashboard for the year, month by month, by product and by platform, and the orders that lost money named and ranked.
- Rows it cannot verify read CHECK and the reason, stay out of every total until you fix them, and the dashboard counts the rows sitting out.
Who this is for
A single sticker cannot carry the provider’s shipping and comes out negative. Five in one order clear a profit, because the extra-item rate is cheaper. Same product, opposite answer, and that arithmetic is why a print-on-demand margin comes out lower than planned, so this sheet calculates provider shipping instead of asking you to type it.
A row either counts in full or it does not count at all, and it says which. A sheet that counts your sale but quietly loses one of its costs reads as profit you do not have, and that is the one direction this file works hardest never to be wrong in.
