Twenty small additions over four months, each too small to invoice for, and together they are six weeks of work nobody is paying for.

What’s inside

  • Seven parts: the action guide with the reason for every step, printable checklists in the sequence that works, scripts and letters, worksheets, decision tools, resources and next steps, and the reconstruction spreadsheet.
  • The Project Recovery Reconstruction for Excel and Google Sheets, formulas already in: what was sold against what was built, where the hours actually went, and who caused which delay.
  • The reset meeting: an agenda, an opening script, and three finishing options priced before you walk in.
  • A change order with a new date, the items you are absorbing shown at zero, and what has to happen on their side.
  • Four files: a start-here PDF, US Letter and A4 zips, and the editable Word files plus the spreadsheet. No app, no subscription, no account to create.

Who this is for

The kit has one order: reconstruct before you negotiate. The spreadsheet does the arithmetic and gives you a position instead of a feeling. Then you run the reset meeting, not the apology email, and you leave with a decision or with the date of the decision. The extra work then goes on paper as a change order: signed, filed, and nobody’s feelings hurt.

It is written for the delay being your fault: three of the five named causes are things you did, and none of their resets involves asking the client for more money. There are no dates in the kit, so there is nothing to fall behind: if you already sent the defensive email or promised a date you cannot hit, you treat today as day one.
